I fully agree with you there. Then I found this hidden cutscene that is within the Resident Evil 2 Remake. I am not sure if it is legitimate and how one can unlock it. But if it is true, then this should once and all settle the debate as to which woman Leon finds more attractive.

Ada is teasing Leon about not having a lifeguard and Leon competency oblivious to her flirtatious manner responded bluntly that this is a bathtub. Damn. I thought this was a real scene that could be found in the game. Well then this video however on the other hand is for real.

These animators are so great at making these videos it can be hard for me to tell the difference between the official stuff and the fan made ones. I would have to imagine the rest of the video cannot be posted on YouTube due to Leon and Ada making love in the bathtub.
Another reason why I got fooled is that I do not remember if I have mentioned it you but in DMC5 Dante gets to see Trish naked after fighting her trapped I one of those Angelo suits of armor. Therefore it would not be a huge stretch of the imagination if the same thing happened in the Resident Evil 2 Remake. So maybe Dante has Leon beat in that aspect.

Yeah, that animation is done well, but not well enough to the professionalism that is used in games. I don’t know, maybe because I'm myself making animations & therefore it’s not difficult for me to distinguish someone’s animation from cutscenes of game. They're different & it's immediately visible. To be honest, I even thought that all see difference. Well, as I said, for me personally, the difference is visible. So, believe me, this is just animation.
