The method:
1. Download the picture.
2. Cut out the moving parts to different layers.
3. Put the layers on each other in Sony Vegas.
4. Try to move the hair in realistic way and add jiggle physic.
5. Add some fancy effect to the background and the lance. (the background is with "colour corrector" and "flash light", the lance is with "rays" moving left to right)

Yes, but only a smaller version with less functions. I doubt that you can make these type of animations with a phone.

Since we are on the same level in digital arts, it would be a waste to ask for a character from a random series, which I can draw myself.
However I would like to see my OCs drawn by others... But I only have proper references for Zan'Tharg.
