hmm..this would be good if the lighting wasn't too heavy. The clouds look like Rain clouds due to the heavy shading O.O I would suggest toning the shades down since the clouds aren't exactly over her. They are far away so the shading would not be as obvious. Also the city is far away as well. Make a layer on top of that and use the watercolor tool to give the effect of aerial perspective! :3

overall this is a pretty good drawing.

The shadow effect from the tree is very nicely done, and those clouds are amazing! The overall image is quite serene but a little bit on the dark side (that is, it looks as though it could rain soon - maybe that was what you were going for though. If not, more suggestion of sunlight could help).

The city does also look a bit...erm...lopsided. I have to say that's what I first noticed in this picture.

This looks fantastic ! I love the amount of detail you put into the city. The shadow from the tree looks a little big compared to the space its leaves take up. This is still really good, though ^_^!!
