I wonder what is Nuclear Spring? It is when after a continuous period of cold it is finally getting warm and along with it various monsters emerge out of thin air, isn't it? (like in Borderlands or Lost Planet)

Fallout is one of my favorite fictional universes and you have captured the aesthetic beautifully. The way the background fades and all of the little details really show the craftsmanship of this piece. Well done.

It seems like they would only be able to do so with the player's help. But, then again, the canon says that every single game that the player helps the NCR...

Actually, the NCR doesn't have a patent on that awesome trenchcoat power-armor. They're pre-war tech, as evidenced by this unique armor found in Zion Valley bearing marks from America's war with China, so anyone lucky enough in the wasteland could stumble over a suit.

It's also been stated by developers that said awesome trenchcoat power-armor was inspired by Tycho, a companion from Fallout 1. His "Gas mask and leather coat" design marks him as a member of the Desert Rangers, and entirely seperate faction in the west that only recently allied with the NCR.

Point being, it may not be the NCR in the Capitol Wasteland, but perhaps the Desert Rangers or another mercenary group that happens to use Ranger armor.
As for the securitrons... I guess Mr. House has been busy, which could also indicate NCR expansion. Or Roboco's bigger than we thought.
