The drama in this shot is really palpable! I love the colour of the sky- it sort of looks like the helicopter's flying above a huge bushfire; tongues of flame and streams of smoke. The silhouette of the trees are very interesting, and the way the edges of the leaves blurs into the sepia background (as other people have said) is pretty cool. The only thing I might suggest would be a slight change in composition - it would have been great if the copter was a little further away from the trees and out in the open. All in all, though, a very dynamic and interesting picture that seems to tell a very dramatic story.

The trees look awesome here! I like the way they sorta blur into the sepia bacground.
The chopper on the other hand looks pale, almost slightly transparant. Maybe that's partially why the other haven't noticed it su much?
