This one here is Pericci from the game Star Ocean: First Departure^^ She's a type of beast race called Lesser Fellpool, or a catgirl if you prefer since she can transform into one xDDD She joins your party after retrieving her ocarina on one of the dungeons and will help in the fights thanks to her deadly claws and her healing dances. I played this game a long time ago but never reached the point where she joins and it's a shame because a catgirl is always welcome in my RPG parties xDDDDHope you like it!!

I concur but I'd say there's not enough Star Ocean fanart in general. It's a series that SHOULD be more popular but isn't for whatever reason.

I know that you're a dude and all like me but I wanna move in with you now XD ^^ seriously though it was waaaaay worth the wait bro, I fuckin LOVE pericci!!! just as good as felicia, they might have drawn inspiration to pericci from her I have no idea but dude you have to get her to join your party!!! She's bright and bouncy, friendly towards everyone, adores Roddick and has such a cute voice and DAT look
my video game crush btw. and yeah if you have played the other star ocean games, like the remake for second story on psp, know that even though pericci is the weakest(physically) melee fighter she has the highest agility and dexterity as well as the fastest GUTS build. just caft some good armor for her(look up on gamefaqs or something) and you got a superfast character that has high chance of landing strikes that are critical as well as high chance of avoiding attacks and take lesser damage
maybe she has too many special moves and some are pretty crappy but she is seriously overlooked

well I was gettig a bit curious and nervous as too why it took so long but dude...I'm just happy to see this pic altogether because it means that you did do art of her after all :3 yeah WAY TOO LITTLE pics of her on the web which is a shame, I haven't played the fourth game in the series yet(ps3) but it's a shame that the catgirl in that game gets tons of attention as opposed to pericci. especially seeing as the latter was given a great remake for the psp version of the first SO game

I literally just beat this game last week. I'm never NOT going to have Pericci in my party. If you do certain Private Actions with her you'll get the ability to call the Bunny. Since there is no other mode of transportation in the game this saves you a LOT of legwork. It's reeeeally tedious to have to run everywhere in the game, especially with so much backtracking, but if you get Bunny all that goes away and the game goes by much faster. It's basically the Chocobo of the game. Speedy movement and no encounters on the world map.
Not so sure of her effectiveness in combat though. I had her in my party on my last playthrough but I was controlling Ilia who had a crazy high amount of damage output. Enough to carry the party through the game probably.
