hehe, what you're talking about there is Goku builds up emotional tension on the show- for its viewers. When two characters belong together and are taking along time to realize it, that's called sexual tension-- but we watch Goku interact in diff situations and he doesnt do or say quite what we want to ease the situations, so it builds up an emotional tension XD Wow, I just made DBZ sound deep *snort*

I really love this. In the DBZ they show on cartoon network, they don't show too many poignant moments like these. That's why I love fanarts that give heed to it a little more, no overly mushy but oh so appropriate.
Even though I barely ever draw DBZ fanart, I'm a long time watcher of the series and it has a special place in my heart ^^
That same time Goku came back from the dead, heh, they actually let him squeeze out an "I love you" for his wife Chi chi. I was sincerely amazed.

First off, it wouldnt be done on cell itself, secondly, many "fan artists" on DA draw directly from well known pics. I cant count how many are of teen Gohan in the exact same pose. Thirdly, its not illegal to draw off an image that already exists, unless you are claiming that it is your origional. And finally, no ones making money off it anyway, so it doesnt matter.

Awww....that's so adorable!....Goten looks exactly like Goku did as a kid. I think I like Gohan a little more than Goten, but they both are a part of Goku.

Hmmm, Goten is definitely naive and innocent, although he is more aggressive, like Goku. Gohan is one of the most pure and innocent characters in the series, even moreso than Goku, since he does not seem to enjoy fighting and violence. Goku doesn't like to kill, but he's willing to, and he certainly enjoys fighting. ^^

I know, that scene always gets me too, even though I don't care much for either Son Gokou nor Son Goten. It's just the prospect of the scene that breaks me. When Son Gokou came back to life for the Tenkai-ichi Budo-kai, you might remember, Goten was afraid at first^^ But the fact that their love grew so much that this scene would happen..
And now you have me rambling^^ See what this picture does to me? Instant favorite!
