I love everything you can do with an eevee
Ive had one ever sense pokemon blue version QwQ
Umis' the eevees dream is to evolve in to a shiny umbreon (she is not shiny, but that wont stop spray-paint)
she is the youngest of 8 siblings

and her parents are an eevee and a ditto
asides from my little story of them, I also like furret and blissey

Think about it: There's a hell of a lot of eeveelutions right now, and they might make a new one
in the 8th gen. They think they're too overpowered.

Eevee should have been the mascot for Pokemon since it has the most unique evolutions and is more adorable.

Perhaps this is what humanized Umi the Eevee looks like. She is super-cute. I like how you made Eevee's fluffy fur into beautiful flowing hair and Eevee's neck beard into a white skirt. Also, Eevee's dark skin is beautiful. It's a rare treat among your mostly Caucasian folks.

While I think your chibis are cute, I really prefer when they look more humans. But hey, thats just me
Personnaly, I prefer Furrets. I used to own ferrets so it increased my attraction to the related Pokemon.
