This is like looking in on a conceptual water painting from Disney's Notre Dame.. It's beautiful though. I love how your did the colours... ranging from light to darker as you get further away. That's some seriously interesting and lovely technique!

Beautiful details on all the buildings, dimensions and activity going on in the town (the people, and the little shops)
