omygoodness, I won second place and I...ahhh...didn't expect it. There were many awesome entries. I did enjoy this piece so far, still my fave fanart of dregerns atm vwvI was contemplating whether to give it a try, have you seen the entries?? xDD
But here I am... I just love dragons so much I gave it a try hnnng
totally last minute because the decision to try was last minute also haha

My snake often seeks refuge from the heat in his water-bowl in the summer, and the way you drew them did remind me of him so i guess your inspiration shows through

Question, did you rotate this because I saw it a couple hours ago and now my brain hurts from the trippy memory. XDD
But I feel 100% honestly that you should win. I love the pure detail you put into the characters, the thought of their humanoid and Dragoniod forms together and coiled in some kind of 'echoing' (I'm not sure that's the word I'm looking for) array of tranquility and harmony with each other.
