My point here was to make him as realistic as possible.

I can't say I'm a fan of shrink-wrapping, but his face fits his personality PERFECTLY. You really can see all of it- the intelligence, the pride, the philosopher, and everything else in there.

WARNING! Carry on reading! Or you will die, even if you only looked at the word warning! Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so they set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the machine they were using went wrong. What I like best about your re-imagining is, while Mewtwo looks pretty frightening, he's not overly grotesque. He still has the smooth features and round shapes he's known for, while at the same time; demonstrates muscle, bone, and fur. All while not making him look like zombie of sorts, as seen in other realistic renditions of pokemon. Also, he looks intimidating, a characteristic that Mewtwo (in my mind) shouldn't be without. Whether it's purely based on nostalgia or otherwise, I prefer Mewtwo have an intimidating aura about him. Β As a side note, I feel his ankles could benefit from detailing the bone beneath the skin; to aid the realism. Just my two cents, love it.

Ah, Mewtwo...this sweet bastard was always my favorite Pokemon, ever since Gen 1 first came out. And you captured it in such a way where it looks real yet still looks like the game/anime version...and that's awesome! Kudos to you, TAKORUone!Β

FINALLY! A realistic Mewtwo that is actually a realistic Mewtwo! What I mean by that is: You stayed true to it's anime/game self and made the realistic look better then anyone can compare. I can actually look at it and recognize it as Mewtwo immediately, rather then having to stare hard for a bit before the lightbulb comes on, lol. I'd say your Realistic Pokemon art has earned you yet another watch!
