Before I get into what will be considered please read this: Please do not revamp or modify the design once you get it. I apologize if that sounds harsh, but I'm getting somewhat frustrated with the best/entire portion of the theme of my designs being removed or heavily modified. qvq I hope you all understand.

Now, what I'll look at, vaguely in order of preference:

Art (if offering, please offer a specific amount)
