Alright! Major sorry everyone! I mistook the original picture I saw as a advertising for tabasco and just figured out it's not an advertising, but an original painting done by here on DA. So it's actually a homage to his work, not to tabasco.
Once again, I'm sorry. I've never intended to make the impression that I want to steal somebody's work.

This is something I stumbled upon when I was researching something for my works at the job. Actually I was suppose to look for baby bottles for a new concept we're currently working on at the company. 
I also changed a few things, because I did this pic from memory only. I've changed the form of the bottle and some details on the little dragon, so the design is actually my own, but the idea belongs to the designer responsible for that advertising.

How can you say the design isΒ your own? You admitted you found the drawing and copied it making some changes. The design belongs to an advertising artist who posted the picture right here on this site. To take credit forΒ the "design"Β goes against everything true artists believe in.

well, if it makes you feel better, I'll delete it, but please consider, that people also can change, regret and apologize when they did something wrong. I don't want to spread any bad feeling, so if it really bugs you this much I will delete it. I wouldn't mind and I also see your point.

Nonetheless....
Even though you're completely right about everything, but I did apologize and said it's an homage, saying I took inspiration for the "design". And I said this even BEFORE I've realised it's not from Tabasco.
I've even contacted the original artist at times, apologizing to him and asking if this was alright with him, but he never replied.
Please reply, so we can settle this.

well, I've send him my apology with the question if it's okay with him at Nov 2nd, 2013 and asked if this would be alright with him. He replied to this at Jan 21th, 2014 and said, it would be okay.
You can find my message to him with the apology and explaination, as well as his reply to this on his page, in the comment section at the bottom of the page, if you don't believe me.
So I really don't see the trouble here now, and after such a long time, to be honest....
And besides, if it would have not been okay, I'm sure he would have said so and I would have deleted it as a result.
