Some digital fantasy-painting I've started almost two weeks ago and finally got it done. It looks a little bit like Momo from Avatar, I must admit... Was never planed to end up like that, though
Usually I just start such things with an idea, but no real concept in my head, because such works are just done for the fun of it.
