As long you give me credit and link to the original, like you said already, you are free to use it, of course.
Thank you for asking first, though. Many people simply don't ask, but just take... -_-;

Thank you ^^. Unfortunatetly I never played the game, so I can't tell. But as long as you like it, I'm happy

Cool! I love the view out the window, and all the soft gradient shading is well-done. It's stylized but believable. The grey-blue color scheme is nice.

Thank you very much! I had to do three-point-perspective for almost half a year when I was in school... so you can fairly say that I'm quite used to it... and I hate it. But then again... sometimes it's a good change and you can school your skills once more.
As for the motive itself: I really dunno if this would match the ARKs inner structur and construction, but since I played the games, too... well, it's not that far away from the basic design, I suppose.
Thankies for your comment

Of course.
Also, I've been trying to wrap my brain around three-point perspective for months. It's very difficult. Do you know of any good tips or tutorial sites?

Here: I give you the link to a side I found some time ago.
[link]
It's a side for professional perspective-using for engineering and construction, including all from the basics to three-point-perspective, eclipses and so on. Simply scroll down and you'll find a link for the 2-point and one page later the 3-point-perspective. It's very professional but one of the best I've seen so far (and I've seen a lot) plus it seems to be a good idea reading the basics too. There are still some new things you surely haven't learned in school and so it will be good help. It's a simple fact that, if you don't understand the basics, the rest will be much more difficult to understand in the first place.
I hope that will help you.
Have fun!

why, you're very welcome Glad that I could help.
As for my comment-writing... well, yeah... In my opinion it's not enough just to say that you like a certain picture quiet a lot. I think that it's important to let the artist know what it precisely is you like or what turned out pretty good and why. I prefer this way of writing comments instead of saying "great job" only and stuff... You see, I'm drawing for more then 13 years and studied quite a lot in techniques and stuff, so I like to leave constructive comments that will motivate people to keep on going, because I know how much training is needed to be good. Look at me, I'm considered "good" by other people, but I know that I'm that good and still have lot to learn.
