Description
Quite a few people have asked me about this now. So here is a full tutorial/documentation on how to do it
This includes the following files;
Header CSS
Journal Entry
Preview
This is a .zip file now.
Be sure to remove the notes in [Square brackets] before putting any of it in your CSS or it will not work.
You do not have to credit me in your Journal CSS if you use this if you do not want to, but I'd appreciate it if you left a comment to let me know you used it and added it to your favourites if it was useful.
Please don't note me with questions about using this, please leave a comment on this deviation. That way, if someone else has a similar issue, I can try and avoid repeating myself.
In the preview, headers and scroll box's are shown.

Nope. You can use any program you like to make the graphics. You can code one purely in CSS if you wanted to.

Yes, there is, in the same way as my scroll box tutorial when you make boxes of a differen't size. To make a second one, you can do .header2 for the alternative header

Well...yeah, but that kinda defeats the object of using the header. transparency: 100%; should work. =]

i've just got subscribed to DA and i havent got a clue what im doing, so could you explain to me how to change the colour of my journal bg please? i'd be very greatful

}
Change the hex to whatever you want.
Add in
color:#------;
before the } to change the text colour. [Yep, CSS has to be written American "color."

border:0px;
}
If you want to change the color just look up a hex color chart and that should give you plenty of colors to choose from

Why? Whats the issue? What program are you using? It works fine for me with Windows Explorer and WinRAR :/
