This piece made me laugh and I really enjoyed that effect it had, because I'm sure a lot of other people thought it was funny too.
I like the technique that you used and that pouty face, candles, and rose petals were icing on that cake.
The Ice King has accurate body proportions, which can be challenging, and I have seen a lot of artwork where the Ice King was not proportionate at all.
Something special about this piece was that many people could enjoy this piece, even if they aren't Adventure Time fans.
Although I like the coloring, some parts about it are a bit off. I hate to be so vague about it, but some of the coloring is a bit off.

Considering I am a huge "Adventure Time" fan this piece is both extraordinarily amusing all the while being vastly disturbing. This is simply because I know how hard the Ice King tries to get the ladies.
Aside from that the lines are nice and smooth, much like the show from whence this character came. The use of colored pencils adds a nice texture, but does not make the art seem childish. By that I mean like kid coloring in crayon, that childish texture that comes with it.
The shading and colors also match the show very well. Aside from that this is a very uplifting and humorous piece for everyone to enjoy, not just those who love the show.
