Love the composition and the lighting (of course!). I wonder if the greenish colour cast on the left side of the image slightly affects the colour balance of the shot, but that's really picking a tiny hole in a great shot...

You may be right. That's one of the problems with natural light; sometimes you get some weird casts on parts of the image as light bounces off different surfaces.

Yes, that makes sense, although, to be honest, I'm still not sure I've got my monitor calibrated properly, you I'm not 100% confident in commenting on what I can see...

Very nicely done. Composition makes decent use of the space. Textures textures!

Well the question is why this composition and model placement, seems like the environment is falling appart, but she definitly isin't, the expression is ambigous, the signification of the heater is pretty obscure...is it heat in a broken down environment she is naked and raw in? Heat from a wrong source? She seems resentfull of being seen...don't know, I think I need a hint.

Whoa....you're looking far too deeply. There are certainly no metaphors in any of my work. I hope it has some sort of depth but I don't use the juxtapostion of objects to send some specific message. In the broadest sense my nudes series is part a self exploration and part expression of my feelings towards women and the female form. In this particular case I loved the textures: the wall, the radiator and floor and I especially liked the light coming in from the right as it does. I decided to shoot the model in this space. I like the incongruity of the naked form in this environment but that's as far as it goes. Having said that though the viewer brings their own life experiences and is free to interpret a work of art in any way they want. It's what it says to you and all those things that you said are very insightful and if that's what you see then maybe that's what it means.
