I mean that weight could only have a max of maybe like 30 kilograms?

thats a pretty neat vegeta drawing right there. The head is drawn almost exactly like akira toriyama does it but the body doesnt look that well drawn compared to how vegeta usually looks like with (your drawing) lacking the muscle definition every z-fighter is well known for

I'm not perfect but I draw him on my way. Akira Toriyama is indeed my idol but I would like to develop my own style.
