Description ACTS Commander Rania is an impossibility. Her existence is a total denial of Twilight Rania's existence, and yet she does. The two women cannot meet face to face, somehow, which is fortunate, since one would clearly not walk away. Captain Stormrider's influence on the space-time continuum is possibly the cause of all this.

ACTS Commander Rania is the result of the successful ACTS program. A perfect commander, with an empathic link that lets her monitor those under her charge, sap their debilitating pain, and direct them without a word. Her combat talents are less than Twilight's, due to her focus, but she has another trait...

Insanity.

The soldiers under her command are imbued with a deep, unquenchable thirst for violence and combat as part of the ACTS program. Rania herself isn't given this, to allow rational thought, but there's a side effect. While her empathic sense doesn't allow her to feel the actual desire for violence, the rush of endorphins commonly referred to as a Combat High does seem to make it through the channel. This sensation is addictive, and powerful, as Rania can feel more than one combat high at once.

As a result, she seeks out war wherever she can find it. It's an odd paradox, because with her team of elites and leadership skills, she brings most combats to a brutal, efficient conclusion. She can't bring less than her best to a fight, after all, but she wants the wars to go on, and she's not above starting one. Her joy is not death, nor victory, but in war itself, a dream that she can recognize is fleeting and will not remain, but she indulges her addiction nonetheless.

OOC Notes: My third level 50+3 character, a Mercenaries/ Pain Domination Mastermind. Her healing powers were somewhat hard to explain until I hit upon [long after creation] the idea that she was empathic, which then lead to the storyline about her desiring warfare and the joys of combat. A lot of her inspiration comes from the Major from Hellsing OVA, and I had several lines from his famous 'I Love War' speech on macros.

Frankly, one of my most overpowered characters, her healing could undo some ridiculous amounts of damage, and run alongside Dollmaster, my friend's Robots/Forcefield Mastermind, we could fight groups meant for 8 people.

The names of her troops come from a squad-based strategy game called Silent Storm, each named after some of my chosen squad members from that game.
