Name: Twilight Rania
Profession: Troubleshooter [Leader] of Silver Eclipse, Assassin for Hire
Powers: Markswoman with custom Redding assault rifle, can harness certain powers of wind and storms. Flight, through technological wings or antigrav unit inside her cloak.
Skills: Expert military tactician, skilled in CQC. Gunsmith, customizes and maintains her own weapons. Brews a cup of coffee sufficient to knock allies out of any stupor, and rumouredly to melt through battle armor.

Origin: Rania was originally a soldier in a more conventional military, until she was selected for the Adaptive Condition Tactical Squadron project, a biological enhancement program designed to create an elite squad of super-soldiers. Rania was selected as the squad leader, and given training in military tactics, along with an empathic sense to keep track of her troops and their condition. She also received minor adaptations to serve as one of the unit Designated Marksmen.

However, part of the project involved conditioning her troops with a sociopathic love of violence and warfare, and soon Rania realized, through her empathic link, that she'd be overwhelmed by the sensation, and driven as mad as any of her troops. She broke out of her holding cell at the laboratory, and proceeded to kill every researcher and thoroughly destroy the whole facility. However, while her efforts also allowed her to kill most of her intended squad, several members escaped in the chaos of the battle.

Rania is now a solo agent, selling her skills on the market, and keeping a constant vigil for the nagging sensation of madness, hunting her former squadmates in a bid to preserve her own sanity and save them from the dark spiral of warfare and madness.

Personality: Due to the constant nagging on her empathic sense, Rania keeps her emotions under tight control, only allowing slight bits of annoyance and anger through on occasion. She isn't entirely heartless or emotionless, but she'll do her best to hide them, as allowing her emotions rein will accelerate the downslide of her sanity through her empathic sense.

Accomplishments: Rania is a lvl 50+3 incarnate, with Tier 3 or 4 Incarnate powers, including a powerful blizzard attack, Spiritual healing and speed boosts, the ability to summon a Nemesis Warhulk to her aid, and to completely refresh nearby allies by tapping into the Ageless Destiny power. She has defeated in battle almost every member of the Freedom Phalanx as well as the Arachnos Patrons and Recluse himself.

OOC Notes: Rania is the latest iteration of the character the player has played for so long. City of Villains' open-ended style allowed for a lot more flexibility for the character's backstory and capabilities. She was a Corruptor-class villain, and my flagship foray into City of Villains, making it to lvl 50 before any of my other characters, alongside Captain Stormrider.
