Finally got this done, after hours of working on it. Fairly happy with how the stick form came out, the draconic is eh.
My little baby Chalk (who may or may not be quite so little)

Also, after I finished the lineart for the reference, I noticed there was another thin MTT named Bone Rot - I didn't mean to copy, and if you'd really like me to, I'll change it. He doesn't mean to be really skinny, he doesn't even notice it. He just forgets to eat. D:

Hologram: Hologram is a crude gear shape that can turn off and on at will. When moved, it makes the same noise as a lightsaber, or very similar. The inside of the 'gear' is green, the outside is pink, and it is slightly transparent. Sometimes Chalk has a bit of trouble controlling when it turns off or on, and it usually turns on automatically when frightened
Markings: Chalk's markings are symmetrical on both sides, and in both of his dragon forms.
Accessories: A screw tied around a black chord for a necklace, and on occasion wears a dirty messenger bag that he wraps around the end of his tail to collect gears and such with
Occupation: Chalk is more or less a mechanic, and is able to fix or make most things if he's seen them in pieces before. However, he usually only works in exchange for gears and other mechanical parts, or to get enough money to buy food, when he remembers.
Likes: Gears and other mechanical bits and pieces, the smell of grease and oil, talking and interacting with others, showing off his parts collection
Dislikes: The sounds of fighting or other violent behaviors, the sound of gunshots, things that are perfectly clean
Relationship status: Single

Personality:
Chalk is very friendly and talkative, and is willing to be friends with everyone. However, he suffers from Autism, and it makes him react badly to certain noises, as well as be more than a little bit dismissive or forgetful - one of the reasons for his thinness. He can be a bit obsessive about something too, normally something mechanical, but with a bit of gentle prodding he breaks out of it.

History:
Chalk was born to two MTTs who could barely afford their own lives, let alone a child. They lived in a poor and rundown neighborhood, but hoped to give their new son a chance, even if he had been an accident. However, soon they realized he had more development issues than they felt like dealing with, including is Autism that was one of a minor variety that could have easily been made a very minor 'problem'. However, they refused to have it treated, and generally ignored it all together, so it gradually got worse. Eventually, they both got sick of him entirely, and at the age of 9 dropped him outside of an old garage and drove away. He hadn't entirely understood what had happened, and after waiting entirely too long, he decided they were not coming back for him. So instead he made his way into the garage and began living out of there, eating whatever was given to him or he could find. It wasn't for another month or two before the owner of the garage, an older elderly human, realized it had an occupant. She took him in and raised him more or less, giving him food and a warm place to sleep in exchange for him working around the house. She tried her hardest to 'snap him out' of his mental illness, even if it was impossible to do so. When he was 14, the old woman died, and he was forced to move again as her house had been sold. He moved back into the garage, which had fallen into disrepair and had not been sold with the house, and began collecting gears and other trinkets to pass the time. He eventually found himself work in an old mechanics shop, where he learned to actually put his bits together. Since then, that's basically been his lifestyle. He works for the broken or spare parts that whoever he works for doesn't want (and is often ripped off in the process) or given either money for food or food itself, when he remembers that he needs to eat. He rents the old garage now, cleaned it up, and moved in a cot and some other necessary living bits. Chalk actually doesn't mind this lifestyle, in fact he prefers it to house life. He also doesn't often get out of his dragon form, however, preferring to do everything with his thin stick legs and nimble tail.
