Yep! Tokyopop is probably better. 4Kids... are lazy and make up weird stuff. I have never heard Tokyopop's dub but I believe theirs is better because they translated it. Now if 4Kids were to translate the manga... OMGOSH!!!!!!!!!

I love these two and I love how you drew these two in action poses and all. This is colored well and I like the fruit in the background. Ringo's name confuses me. I can't figure out if there's a pun or anything connected to it. The only one I could find involved the Beatles, but that just seems weird.

Yup, it means Apple in Japanese. Her family name, Akai, has to do with red, and MOST likely means 'Red Well' (as in the well you get water from.) I THINK.
Her name has nothing to do with the Beatles. It probably isn't even said the same. I suspect it's said 'Rin-go' rather than 'Ring-o'

The Beatles created the company Apple. So, that's why I got weirded out. So, the word means apple? That makes a lot of sense! Thanks a lot!
