Yep! A new character for a new group:
I felt that this was a great chance to resurrect one of my oldest characters and give Sweety some deserved spotlight time.

I might update and fix this.

ABILITY: Effect Spore (DW ability) - The opponent has a 10% chance of being induced by PARALYZE, POISON, or SLEEP when using an attack, that requires physical contact, against this Pokémon.

MOVESET:
• Solarbeam - Her strongest move. Sweety's "hat" collects sun energy and she fires a powerful beam from her hat.
•Lucky Chant - Sweety is capable of granting lucky chants. Do they work? The effects may wary...
• Sludge bomb (TM) - A move Sweety uses very rarely. If you make her angry, she will bomb you with poisonous bombs. Don't piss her off!
•Nature power (Egg) - Sweety is able to use the powers of nature and create powerful elemental moves depending on her current location. This is her wild card.

PERSONALITY:
Like her name suggests, Sweety is sweet and all-go-happy-girl vileplume but don't let that fool you. This wild flower is not afraid to speak her mind and act upon it. She is very confident and persistent but can get sentimental and stubborn at times. Especially if her looks is criticized (she is a flower after all). She loves making friends and if you get to her best side, you know you've got a loyal and fun friend.
Thanks to her rash nature, she is quick to speak and act and always ready for an adventure. Unfortunately, this enthusiasm usually gets her into trouble because she doesn't think before she acts. She is also a bit clumsy due to being a vileplume and carrying a heavy flower on her head.
Sweety is really proud of her species and being a grass/poison type, she is very close to nature and knows a lot about plants and herbs. She uses her knowledge to brew all sorts of potions. Due to this, people often wonder if she is a witch. She is always looking for people to try her drinks. Are you brave enough?
Positive Traits: Confident, Persistent and Energetic.
Negative Traits: Stubborn, conceited and melodramatic.

HISTORY:
Sweety hails from route 24 all the way from Kanto. She was a tiny little oddish living a simple life. Enjoying the nature. This all changed when a young starting trainer came and caught her. She planned to use Sweety to defeat the local gym leader, Misty. At first, Sweety was timid and unsure of her abilities but thanks to the support of her trainer and her new friends, a seel and a charmeleon, she promised to do her best. After hard training, she managed to bring a victory to her team and gained lots of confidence in herself and her abilities.

Sweety evolved all the way to vileplume and traveled with her master and team mates all through Kanto. Together they defeated all the gyms and finally, earned their spots in hall of fame along with the other famous trainers. After that, Sweety enjoyed her well deserved retirement days in Kanto while her master kept traveling.

During that time, she returned to her roots and grew a strong interest in nature once again. She knew a lot about plants and herbs but she was especially interested in how humans were able to use them to create drinks and potions. She wanted to do the same but due to her appearance, she wasn't able to. She could only study and dream for a day when she could put her knowledge into use.

A few years later, when her master had finally settled down and started a new career as pokemon breeder, came the day when they heard how there was a new study going on in Unova. A professor named Fennel was looking for pokemon to try an experiment with dreams. They were looking for pokemon who were especially interested in changing their form. Sweety, who had grew bored of quiet retirement days, was excited about this and saw this as her chance to spice up her quiet life and finally try things she couldn't do as pokemon. Sweety begged her master to send her there. Her trainer agreed and Sweety was transferred to Unova to make her dreams come true, literally.

EXTRAS:
• Sweety is a name her master gave to her when the trainer was young, thus it's not that imaginative. But Sweety loves it and doesn't want to change it.
• Sweety is very proud of being a vileplume. She was really hurt when she found out that her species was not that popular pokemon. She is determined to show that even vileplumes can be beautiful. This is why she didn't change her species in dream world.
• Due to this, she has a bit hard time to get along with beautiful pure grass type pokemon, ESPECIALLY bellosoms.
• Sure way to make her mad is to comment how weird her blue skin looks. Or worse, say she is smelly (her flower does smell a bit bad but she is too stubborn to admit it).
• Sweety's hair is full of spores and powders. Getting too close to her can make you fall asleep, get paralyzed or even poisoned.
• Her "hat" is a real flower and is quite heavy. It is also removable.
• Sweety has a big sweet tooth.
• Sweety is not afraid of fire but can't stand cold.
• She loves sunny days but nights with full moon are her favourite time.

FUN FACTS:
• Sweety is based on my first vileplume I ever trained in red game.
• Her design is heavily inspired by Zelda games. Her hat is inspired by Skull kid's hat and her carnivine bag is inspired by the spoil bag from Wind Waker.
• Her clothes are based on a shiny vileplume. She also has some gloom traits on her hat.
