I just discovered this amazing water color brush for photoshop and I thought how fitting it would for this group. And just perfectly, 's hamha, Melanie, posted a job on task board! She wanted help to find her lost book. Twinkle decided to help her to find the book and missing pages and looks like they were successful! BUT TWINKLE! Do not read it! It is very personal! Tho, I am not sure if Twinkle even knows how to read...And I if you want to try this brush yourself, here is a link! gumroad.com/kyletwebster
Browse down, let the page load and go back up. You should then see a brush called "Wet & Fun Watercolor Brush" (it has a cat character). The brush is free but you can choose to pay something if you have a credit card.
It works only in CS5 or newer versions so keep that in mind tho.And heck... If you guys are interested, I'd be happy to do a step by step look/tutorial how I do these...

Aww! She looks so cute! And what a beautiful book! (I was planning on making just a ratty little thing that is quite literally a few sheets of scrap paper tied in between old leather pieces with twine, but your take on Melanie's book is very pretty!)

I just saw the task. Oh gosh, I can imagine the warning on the book when discovered by anyham other than Melanie: "Do not open, or peek in. Not even 1 nanometer. Unless you want... extended company with the Book Privacy Fairy."
So simple, yet so coherent, this drawing retains quite a bit of cuteness. And I would love a tutorial. They are always good and original.

Love the look, and after some duh moments, rereading and trial and error I was able to download it. It appears to be a TPL file, I don't have photoshop. Trying to find out if I can convert these to ABR (since Gimp can atleast read that) but not having much luck. Might I request you to create these brushes ABR if possible?

No, that would be REALLY offensive against the maker of these brushes! You can ask the maker of these brushes if you really want. Besides, these brushes use a lot of stuff such as textures and other settings that I am not even sure if GIMB can handle it.
