Oh wow. My first thoughts on this guy was that he reminded me of Linebeck. XD
The shorter-than-normal legs and the slightly pointed stumps for feet are done awesomely to emulate the WW style. Great work!

I love the WindWaker style that you used in his character here. I can totally see him as a shady character in the game. Actually...he reminds me of someone from the game...can't put my finger on it though. Still with a face like that who wouldn't trust this guy with their bank account number.
