c-rank is one of the ranks you can get in ranked battles. The more battles you win the more points you get and the higher your rank will progress. (Of course vice-versa you lose battles and you lose points and your rank can drop)

See the problem was in Splatoon one was that some people would delete their save data just to play with people who just started the game.
If you played the game long enough you would randomly see some people who who only level ten already be A or S ranks.

Hello there, you know something, I recall your Pokémon Characters and there adventures, well I recall seeing this 3 part comic that involved Cotton and Napoleon, and there story in how they have a child, it really touched my heart in how each Panel had, it first started sad and then became joy and happiness, I wonder if it will ever be turned into a fanfic, I thought I would try to make it, but it is your comic, so I think it would be fair for you to do it, you know the expressions of the characters more then anyone else heck you might even know the Dialoged and sound effects of each panel then anyone else, but anyway the comic was really amazing.

I have some theories for the next few parts:
1) Bella will laugh at Tetrox because of her low rank and deny her request
2) Tetrox will either barely or will destroy Arnick, Cyanthia, and Bella
I just wish a week would be faster now. You’re comics, art style an characters are just amazing. It’s hard for me because I could barely draw and imagining my inklings are kind of tough with out pen and paper.

Tetrox is taking the team dynamic rather well, and Bella is certainly enjoying this. As to the comic's new official title, I certainly look forward to more silly expressions.
