Ou yeah! Pink godzilla versus rock godzilla! This is gonna be the most epic battle ever!I know I should be doing everything else but this but I had to draw something new! So I decided to take a part of #PokemonDaily 's contest where you have to draw two pokemon battling. The pokemon are chosen randomly and I got palkia and rhyperior which was nice. I really started to like rhyperior while making this.
Rhyperior is about to smash rock right into palkia's face but spacial rend is coming from the left! Who will win?!

My money on Palkia as on one of strongest Pokemons and as Water type.

I know Palkia is legendary and all, but if they were to fight in real life, Palkia's just slinging around some random dark stuff from his hand...
And Rhyperior is made out of solid rock. Doesn't seem fair.

The Rhyperior got some serious guts to take the battle to the Lord of Spacial Dimensions himself.
Hmm.. Spacial Rend is mainly a pink colored blade attack distorting space (if you go by the anime appearance of the attack), that almost looks like a Night Slash attack of sorts. Unless the game has a diffrent animation of sorts to it?

Honestly, when I see this picture, I was directly on Rhyperior, even if Palkia looks like way more powerfull because I really like this rock monster.
But after seeing some comments like "Rhyperior Drill is the drill who can pierce the heaven!", I've decided to be on Palkia Side....

There is this dude who believes in enslaving and chaining up legendary Pokemon in as restricting a way as possible. He did at least link back to your DA profile though. Name is KunAYA if I remember correctly. I was browsing, saw this picture, and thought "Wow, this looks really familiar!"

rhyperiors solid rock lowers the damage of super effective attacks

4x weakness to Water + STAB boosted Surf + Palkia's base 150 special attack + Rhyperior's pathetic base 55 base special defense + Palkia is by far faster = even with Solid Rock, Rhyperior is going down in one hit.

true, true, but lets say i gave this said rhyperior a passho berry... then again he does have poor special defence

i'm not sure Rhyperior will ever be able to survive a Surf from Palkia, unless he manages to get +6 special defense boosts, has a Passho berry, and if the weather is either Sandstorm or Sun (sandstorm raises Rock type's special defense by 50% and Sun cuts water type's power by 50%)
