Its a game that is often played on japanese parties.
You need two persons; the first one takes the pocky stick in the mouth; the second takes the other end into the mouth; then both start eating the stick until it falls out of one person's mouth.

Most of her art is on Tammy's Splatoon blog on Tumblr. And I don't think she's been introduced in a Splatoon Art Dumb on DA yet, but there was a picture of her where she was introduced.

She does appear in one of the last pages of Splat Jam vs. Toxink, in which she is seen interacting with Sorrel. Maybe Tamarinfrog is trying to pair them together.

Pocky sticks are chocolate coated biscuit sticks. Many people like to play a game with it where one person eats one end of the stick, and another person eats the other end of the stick. Both people slowly keep eating the pocky until eventually you kiss. However, the first person to break away from the pocky stick loses.

Yes they do! Similar to how we have special days for things, like National Sandwich Day or National Ice Cream Day. If you look it up on Google, there's a whole list of special days for almost every day of the year.
