I honestly don't have any clever title names for this...People wanted to know what would happen if other guys saw Napoleon playing with his daughter. I honestly don't get what they were thinking. Did they really think they could get away with teasing Napoleon? XD And YES! Vincent is happy at the end. He just dodged a beating by Napoleon and got lots of cookies. I say it's a win win situation.

I thought that Ross(Raichu) is good with children, so I find it a bit odd that he seems so unhappy in the last pannel (I thought he got used to this kind of stuff). I also didn't take Ross for someone who would tease Napoleon for playing with his kid, both because of his own experiences and because he seemed too gentle and too nice to do such a thing.
