Description
There are two reasons why I made this...First, I was desperate to make a new RD.
Two, I had to draw that last frame. Rupert cracks me up.
Yeah, Vincent can't handle sugar as great as Rupert. And I think rare candies are pokeworld's drugs. I mean, they must contain some sort of crazy stuff.

Wow XD I just saw two different movies from Ruperts pose and Veruka's. Veruka kinda reminds me of The Princess from Arthur and the invisibles. Rupert reminded me of Oscar from shark tale XD

I always thought that Rare Candies were similar to steroids - only without ******** shrinking. I never thought about it having hallucinogenic side-effects. Nice!

Haha, this makes me laugh every time I see it. Sadly, I can see this happening to my Buneary, Roxie. She'd eat loads of Rare Candies so that she can take on my more powerful Pokemon (the Great Six) and then she'd have a Poke-Cola. My Aipom (Andrew) or my Growlithe (Sirius) would end up stopping a disaster.
