Description
There are two reasons why I made this...First, I was desperate to make a new RD.
Two, I had to draw that last frame. Rupert cracks me up.
Yeah, Vincent can't handle sugar as great as Rupert. And I think rare candies are pokeworld's drugs. I mean, they must contain some sort of crazy stuff.

Too many assume rare candy is a form of steroid, all it is ia suppliment with nutrients that work with helping the body grow, like bovine growth hormones, only more advance and safe, we are talking about a game aimed at a younger demographic here.
