I like cast pictures like this, because I can easily compare the appearances, personalities, and (depending on the context) statistics of the most important characters.
Also, good work on the character descriptions and colors (I swear, you can take even the flattest-looking pokemon and flesh them out). I have two questions:
Of these characters, who would you say is the strongest?
(Interpret that however you please.)
If they had voices, how would you envision each character sounding?

Hmm... I've been wondering the same question. In game world... I think Vincent could ohko almost everybody of these guys (he has a choice scarf so he's faster than Veruka). But then again Ross has focus sash so he could thunderbolt him after... Game universe doesn't have an answer for that but in comics, I think Matthew could beat anyone of these guys (even Napoleon and Veruka).
The voice thing is a hard question. I always play with the idea of RD animation and I think they would speak pokemon while their speak is subtitlet so they would sound pretty much what their anime companions do. With exceptions of course. I can't imagine Vincent with same noises that normal lucario.

Yeah, he just seems too light-hearted and goofy to sound like other Lucarios (I assume he sounds the same way in the anime as he does in Super Smash Bros. Brawl? I haven`t seen any of the episodes featuring a Lucario, nor the 8th movie).
Regarding Ross with a focus sash...is he or was he by chance a F.E.A.R.? I don`t play the meta game, but I`m familiar with many of the terms.

The movie lucario was able to speak human and Mayline's lucario just sounded same as the brawl lucario.
Nope, Ross just have FS because raichus can't take attacks pretty well. FS gives him a chance to attack at least once or twice. Plus he's special sweeper. I was really lucky because he can use hidden power ice.

Sinä olet todellakin paras suomalainen pokémon-artisti jonka tunnen. Työsi on mahtavaa ja hahmosi oikeasti kiinnostavia. Minunkin varmaan pitäisi antaa omille pokémoneilleni luonteenpiirteitä... Ne ovat muuten niin tylsiä.
Pidän tästä työstä todella paljon ja laitan sen suosikkeihini. Minun lempparini hahmoistasi ovat Vincent ja Napoleon.

oh man,that is so cool how you gave them all different personalities and everything. My pokemon's personalities didn't go any farther than my head and their names. And the art is great, especially the outlines, it's very nice to see little black in the picture.

That's was an easy way to get destiny bond. Wobba and (most of the) ghosts belong to indeterminet group. Also, slugma and magcargo belongs to it too.
