I <3 my Noibat. I took ages to find and catch one in Y after beating it so I could transfer it over to X as a starter (Along with Skrelp and Sneasel <<). So excited for it to evolve.

They're pretty hard to find. You can get them in Terminus Cave and Victory Road. As far as I know, they only show up as the ones that swoop down from the ceiling, though I did my looking in the former. They might just show up normally in Victory Road.
