Haha! Yes, it's a team shooter game on WiiU. Instead of just shooting the opposite team, the goal is to cover the game map on your team's ink and the team with most ink on the ground at the end of match wins the game. You CAN shoot opponents but it won't earn you any points. There's also three types of main weapons, each playing very differently. It's ADDICTIVE fun.

it's more a sort of lingering depression of sorts that winds up getting in the way for me... but I saw something i drew from years ago today while cleaning out my old old email account... It made me feel actually quite a bit better about my drawing skills now. It was something from when I was 14, it was this... really bad drawing of what I had called a "steel bladed dragon of doom" that looks more like a bunch of triangles thrown together, not really like a dragon. It makes me feel like I really have made progress, even with only the little amount of practice i did over the years(comparatively little as I've been doing other stuff mostly) In a way it also says, somehow back then I still had some sort of affinity for horror type stuff since I had drawn the thing with bloody teeth. still, i guess I feel a bit better now that i saw that. at least now I can somewhat do better anatomy.

What tool do you use to make the lineart different colors like that? I've seen that style used by a couple artists but can't figure out what to use...

Glad to tell! Once I am done with almost everything, I lock the transparent pixels on the lineart layer (I click the little checker box on top of layers) and then I just color on the lineart with different colors. Locking the transparent pixels prevents me from drawing on anywhere else but the lineart. I also have the lineart layer set on "multiply" so I gently paint with a brush that has a transparency set on (the harder I push, the stronger the color comes out).
