I thought of him 'letting his guard down' when he slept, so yep, that's how I imagine his expression. And little Latvia content with sleeping with Russia after...40 years. -honhon
His scars - I have this headcanon too. I also consider an opportunity to draw scars, I wish to do a coloring later to give a more realistic feel.
