Ivysaur is my favorite from the line. I didn't evolve my Ivysaur until Level 56 in my latest playthrough of Let's Go. I treasured that middle stage.

I never understood why trainers say that he was weak. That gigadrain just rekt everything in your path, plus he can evolve early than the other two starters so that gives you some base stat advantage on the early game.

Ah, it looks so cute! I love that smile and how the silhouette of Venusaur looks like its mimicking Bulbasaur (Also, it's Bulbasaur. Of all the starters, I love Grass-type starters the best, for some reason, and the only one I like better than Bulbasaur is Chikorita).
