Description
This is one way to break the mold. So, I've recently downloaded a vector-based program called InkScape to try doing linework in there, and this is the result. It allows for mouse-users such as myself to simulate pressure detection. How do you think it affects my style overall? I know there's a lack of shading and lighting, but I was planning to test that with a different picture. This is Baku, dynamite and bomb enthusiast for AMS. Randomly starting doodling him a lot in my classes and thought he may as well become official, lol.

Thanks . It makes coloring take forever though lol. You can't just magic wand like before, since it glides over the skinny parts. You have to trace the edges to get rid of those white pixels x-x.

Pretty good linework there. I had InkScape before but I couldn't get the hang of it. xD

I just do the lines in there. The rest I do in Paint.NET like usual, lol.

I actually like that type of lines :3
The pressure on them varies so they just dont end with the same thickness

Well this is fake pressure detection lol. I still use a mouse, but InkScape has a thing that lets me get these kinds of lines when I draw lines.

I've heard of it before, my older brother told me since he saw me struggling with pressure on SAI.
Sooo I might try it too in my next project, and dont worry, my style is nowhere near as good as yours xD
I only draw pokemon and certain types of anthros, but not toons.
Tho I'd like to try at some point owo
