Description
Here's an accomplice for Fidel. Fidel wouldn't truly trust anyone, and is perfectly fine throwing anyone he works with under the bus, for personal gain or self preservation. But Winston, a toon wolf, just slightly taller than Fidel at 4' 4", puts up with it anyway. He's generally pleasant to be around, despite trying to rob you blind, as he's very polite and well-mannered. Violence is his last resort, but still a step he'll take if needed to complete their heists.
