Actually, the bucking in "apple bucking" fits the euphemism interpretation more than people usually assume, after all, when plants loose their fruits they are literally spilling their seeds, exactly in that sense; so basicly, when Apple Jack bucks a tree to the point it drops it's apples, AJ just made the tree orgasm, with her feet.
