My opinion is I love Russia But Its not the smartest to live there *dodges knifes* Its culture and everything is interesting but With the government and all that.. Same with america, I live in america but Theres literally no job opportunities... My opinion Canada or England Might be the smartest choices I live not far for Canada And Its really nice there and i bet England Would be lovely too ^_^ Hope my opinion helped a bit

I'd say America, I live in the US and not only would it improve your English but there's TONS of cultures mingling around here, so it wouldn't be so hard to pick up on other traits too, like Russian. Plus we're full of Hetalians :3
