I did a bunch of re-draws from Vento Aureo sketches half a year ago and TheOneWhoTries had asked for a re-draw of this picture.I've been meaning to do this earlier but I never figured out how to make that work... So this is my best guess

To tell you the truth, I stared at this for a while... Is Josuke holding Okuyasu or Josuke grows out from Okuyasu's hips???

Yes, I was wondering the same, because in the sketch both of his hands seem open... It looks like Okuyasu goes right through his body.
Then I though is Oku behind him just holding on with his hand on Josuke's shoulder and the other his ass?? But that would make Oku super strong on Josuke's waist rediculously thin.
I really have no idea what Araki thought when he made this... But the way I drew it was the only way that remotely made sense to me.
I'd love to see your version if you ever decide to make one.
