I based this one from a Japanese print of a samurai confrented by ghosts, which is what I go happening here to Hercule Poirot

Maybe the ghosts want Poirot to solve their murders, this is a plot device I often use in my fanfics

I think of Poirot as someone who acts on behalf of dead who can't resolve things themselves, where on one else seems to care about them, Poirot does
