The episode "Moaning Lisa" isn't the best animated, not the best story, but it'll always be special for me. I was having a terrible week, but couldn't figure out why, and ended up watching The Simpsons, and "Moaning Lisa" really hit the nail on the head, somehow. It's like she explained why I was sad even though she didn't know why she was sad. To this day, I watch it whenever I'm feeling down and I feel better in a just-about-to-cry kinda way.

So, imagine how thrilled I was when I found out The Simpsons Sing The Blues had a Moaning Lisa song?

Anyways, now that I sound like some sort of depressing wannabe emo, this is the first time I've EVER tried drawing Lisa Simpson. And I absolutely LOVE how it turned out. And I'm actually happy with the inking because I found a practically brand-new inking pen I don't remember having. Excellent.
