More experimentation with colours really. I'm trying to learn to use other sources of light to give pictures a bit more flare, ya know?
Also, I really do love GlimGlam, I know she's kinda forced, But I can relate to the whole loosing best friends bit (minus total destruction and time travel), and it's really nice to see her overcome it, and move on to forge new friendships.
I know I could refine it, but I made the mistake of spending two separate evenings on it, and I'm kinda just procrastinating now, heh.

I think you might actually be onto something, Nightmare moon, evil Sunset and evil Twilight In EQG and Nightmare Rarity in the comics. Could Starlight be the next victim of corruption? It certainly seems like a likely scenario. That or Larson turns her into an Alicorn XD

A corrupted RD could make for an interesting plot, dependant on the writer of course.
I think the age rating definitely puts a blockade on how far the story can be taken, because of the innocence of the audience, and their shorter attention spans.

Well, we obviously can't have Nightmare Dash killing anyone in a children's show, can we? I mean, It's not like Transformers, where they could get away with violent deaths since the characters are robots.

Haha, true true. Then again transformers was aimed around older boys, and I can pretty much guarantee a 'boys' show can get away with a lot more than a 'girls' show.
That's just society. I can't really compare the two, as they have different age groups but I certainly think there is a stigma where girls shows and movies have to be 'proper'. In all honestly, growing up, girls were usually the more mature ones haha.
Although, MLP is certainly getting more ballsy. I can't have imagined them pulling a 'Starlight Glimmer' or a 'Tanks for the Memories' back in 2011. That episode really did carry a pretty heavy hitting message, something I know I struggled with as a little kid.

I think it would take her element to corrupt her. Perhaps her friends are attacked or kidnapped and she stays loyal to them, regardless of the consequences. Being as brash as she is, I think if an enemy hurt one of her friends, she'd fight first, ask questions later.
Or maybe Twilight is corrupted first, and Dash refuses to turn on her due to her loyalty, Inevitably corrupting her over time.
