Is self explanatory.
Grass looks like carboard, the illumination is off and the brightness of the sky doesn't match the illumination of your scene.
Pretty much... Your composition is bad.
I suggest you to watch some people whose work is incredibly good so you can get an idea of what are you doing wrong.
