Turmoil 2: The Revenge, as it was titled, was to have (apparently) been the penultimate episode of season two. From what I can gather, The Doctors of Doom would've been the season finale, at least according to the plot summary Glenn Leopold wrote. They'd never planned anything for a third season, AFAIK.

The script for Turmoil 2 was finally released, along with the one for Succubus! (a.k.a. "The Curse of Kataluna") and the plot outline for the season two finale, The Doctors of Doom.

Weirdly, Felina isn't in Turmoil's return episode. But Cybertron is! Hackle fixes him and he helps Razor assault Turmoil's mountain base, the Cloud Fortress.

Yes and no. Scooby-Doo Mystery Inc. is under Hanna-Barbera, but it is property of Warner Bros.
