Well, first off, you need to keep your eyes on her as much as possible. If you can't see her, it most likely means she's right behind you.
Also, when you are throwing the steaks, consider these 2 tips.
1. She is charging at you in the first place
2. Make sure there is a LOT of space between you and her as she starts to charge.
(I cannot stress the 2nd tip enough. The higher the range the better the chance.)
The moment she charges, that's when you throw the steak.

sorry was away for a while. get snowflake? i didn't get him,I baited him. Well after defeating Ted(his owner), focus on the tiger. You will notice snowflake has only 3/4 hp. DO NOT ATTACK him at all. Just avoid him at all costs. To tame him(or get him), try looking around for steaks(there are 3 on top of that aztec ancestral thingy) get the meat drop it somewhere snowflake doesnt see u, hide and he will gradually eat the steak. Once his hp is full, he is tamed
