This is stunning! Great job with the colors!
To make it transparent you have to delete white the background layer in photoshop or gimp (when you do it will look like little checkerboards) that means its transparent. If you don't have those programs or already merged the layers and didnt save a PSD or SAI copy, I'll just unfortunately edit out the white bg.

Well...the layers are already merged on the one you just submitted, which is the finished picture. So it won't work unless you still have that image with unmerged layers (coloring, lineart, and background all on different layers).
