Also, I feel as if Forums aren't represented enough, since they were EXTREMELY important to Roman societies, and cities, one idea I brainstormed some time ago, when A. Soldier was making a Roman-civ mod, is that Forums act as merged Storage Pits-Markets, and couldn't train Trade Caravans/Couriers/etc until the Heroic Age.

Another idea for the Romans, is to give them a merged Levy and Conscription techs (such an idea was originally intended for AoM, but changed to what it is now), instead of the separate building ones, in reference to how Citizens, and most Romans were required to join the Military for 2-5 years, but it could also be used to counteract the Roman's Favour ability, and of course, make them more unique.
